1. What is WafidFill?
WafidFill is a Chrome extension that automatically fills wafid.com/book-appointment/ forms. Instead of manually typing passport numbers, names, and dates, you simply upload or paste a passport image, and all fields are populated automatically in under 5 seconds.
Perfect for: Travel agencies, HR departments processing work visas, medical appointment bookers, and anyone who regularly fills wafid.com forms.
2. Installation
Go to Chrome Web Store
Click "Add to Chrome"
Click the blue button in the top-right corner. A popup will ask for permissions.
Confirm Installation
Click "Add Extension" in the confirmation dialog.
Pin the Extension
Click the puzzle piece icon in your Chrome toolbar, find WafidFill, and click the pin icon 📌 to keep it visible.
The WafidFill icon should now appear in your Chrome toolbar. Click it to open the extension.
3. Initial Setup
3.1 Register Your Account
Click the Extension Icon
Click the WafidFill icon in your toolbar to open the popup.
Go to Settings Tab
Click the "Settings" tab (gear icon).
Enter Your Information
Fill in:
- Phone: Your phone number with country code (e.g., +966501234567)
- Email: Your email address
- Password: Create a password (min. 6 characters)
- Referral code: (Optional)
Save Settings
Click "Save All Settings" at the bottom. You'll get 5 free points automatically!
3.2 Choose Interface Mode
In Settings, you can choose how the extension opens:
- Popup Mode (default): Opens as a small popup near the toolbar
- Sidebar Mode: Opens as a pinned sidebar on the right side of the browser (Chrome 114+)
4. Upload Methods
WafidFill offers 4 ways to get your passport image:
Upload File
Click "Upload" and select a passport image from your computer. Supports JPG, PNG, WebP up to 10MB.
Paste Image
Copy an image (Ctrl+C) and click "Paste" or simply press Ctrl+V anywhere in the popup.
Drag & Drop
Drag any image file from your computer directly onto the upload area.
Screenshot
Take a screenshot (Windows+Shift+S on Windows, Cmd+Shift+4 on Mac) and paste it directly (Ctrl+V).
5. Step-by-Step Process
Go to Wafid Booking Page
Navigate to https://wafid.com/book-appointment/ or any wafid appointment form.
Click Extension Icon
Click the WafidFill icon in your toolbar to open the popup (or sidebar if enabled).
Select Travel Destination
Choose your destination country from the radio buttons:
- Saudi Arabia
- Kuwait
- Bahrain
- Oman
- Qatar
Select City (if enabled)
If you have city selection enabled in settings, choose your city from the dropdown. The city is saved per tab, so different tabs can have different cities!
Upload or Paste Passport
Click "Upload" and select an image, or press Ctrl+V to paste from clipboard.

Wait 3-5 Seconds
The extension processes your image. You'll see "Processing..." while it works.
Form Auto-fills
All fields on the wafid.com form are automatically populated with your passport data:
- First Name & Last Name
- Passport Number
- Date of Birth
- Passport Issue & Expiry Dates
- Gender
- National ID (based on your settings)
- Phone & Email
- Marital Status
- Position
You'll see a green success notification: "Processing complete! Form filled automatically."
Auto-submit (Optional)
If you enabled "Auto-click 'Save and continue' button" in settings, the form will automatically submit after filling.
Auto-pay (Optional)
If you enabled auto-pay and saved your card details, the payment page will fill automatically when redirected.

Use Screenshot + Paste
Take a screenshot of just the area (bottom of passport) and paste directly with Ctrl+V. This is faster than selecting a file.
Mobile Setup
Install Kiwi Browser on Android, add the extension, and you can fill forms on your phone too!
Enable Auto-submit + Auto-pay
Set up both in settings for completely hands-free processing: upload → form fills → submits → pays automatically.

8. Common Issues & Solutions
Extension not appearing on wafid.com?
Solution: Make sure you're on https://wafid.com/book-appointment/. Refresh the page. Check if extension is pinned.
"Insufficient points" error
Solution: You need at least 1 point to process. Click "Add More Points" to purchase or use referral program to earn free points.
Image upload fails
Solution: Ensure image is under 10MB. Try compressing or using a screenshot. Check that is clearly visible.
Wrong data extracted
Solution: Ensure good lighting and clear image. Some passports have special characters - you can manually correct fields.
"Please select a city" error
Solution: Enable city selection in Settings, or set a default city in your user settings.
Paste not working
Solution: Click the upload area first to focus it. On some sites, click the "Paste" button instead of Ctrl+V.

Is my passport data safe?
Yes! Images are sent to our server for extraction but are NOT stored. They are processed in memory and discarded immediately. Payment details are stored locally on your device only.
Do I need to register?
Yes, registration is required with email and phone. You get 5 free points on registration.
How much does it cost?
1 point per processing. 50 points = $1. You get 5 free points on signup and can earn more through referrals.
Does it work for all countries?
