Sometimes you have extra points that you won't use, or a colleague needs just a few more points to complete a booking. Instead of purchasing a new pack, you can transfer points directly between accounts for free.

Before you can transfer points using either Email or Extension ID, you must verify your email address. This adds an extra layer of security to prevent unauthorized transfers.
Transfer by Email

Get Your Email Verified
Before you can send points, you'll need to verify your own email address in Settings → Account → Verify Email. This ensures only the account owner can initiate transfers.
Ask for Recipient's Email
Ask the person receiving the points for the email address they used to register their WafidFill account.
Open Your Settings Tab
Click the WafidFill extension icon in your Chrome toolbar, then click the Settings tab (gear icon).
Find "Points Transfer" Section
Scroll down to the "Points Transfer" card. Select "By Email Address" from the dropdown.
Enter Recipient Email and Points
Enter the recipient's email address and the number of points you want to send. Click "Send Points".
Transfer by Extension ID
Email verification required
Get Your Email Verified
Verify your email in Settings → Account → Verify Email. This is required for any transfer, including Extension ID transfers.
Find Recipient's Extension ID
Ask the person receiving the points to open the WafidFill extension and look at the top of the popup. They will see an ID like ext_12345_abcde. They can click the copy icon to copy it.
Open Your Settings Tab
Click the WafidFill extension icon in your Chrome toolbar, then click the Settings tab.
Find "Points Transfer" Section
Scroll down to the "Points Transfer" card. Select "By Extension ID" from the dropdown.
Enter Extension ID and Points
Paste the recipient's Extension ID and enter the number of points you want to send. Click "Send Points".
🔐 Email Verification Process
- Enter Your Email: Go to Settings → Account and enter your email address.
- Receive Verification Code: A 6-digit code will be sent to your email.
- Enter the Code: Paste the code in the extension to verify your email.
- Start Transferring: Once verified, you can transfer points via Email or Extension ID.
You only need to verify your email once. Your verification status is saved.
⚠️ Important Transfer Rules
- Minimum Transfer: You must transfer at least 1 point.
- Sufficient Balance: You cannot transfer more points than you currently have.
- No Self-Transfers: You cannot send points to your own email or Extension ID.
- Valid Recipient: The recipient's email or Extension ID must exist in our system.
- Email Required: You must verify your email address before any transfer.
- No Refunds: Once points are transferred, the action cannot be reversed.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to verify my email for both methods?
Yes. Email verification is required for both Email and Extension ID transfers. This is a one-time security measure.
What if I don't receive the verification code?
Check your spam/junk folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address. You can request a new code after 60 seconds.
Which method is easier to use?
Email is recommended because it's easier to remember than a long Extension ID. Just ask the recipient for their email and you're ready to go!
I sent points to the wrong email. What do I do?
Transfers are final. Please contact support immediately with the transaction details. While we cannot reverse the transfer, we may be able to assist if the recipient is uncooperative.
Is there a fee to transfer points?
No. WafidFill does not charge any fees or taxes for transferring points between users using either method.
Can I transfer points to someone who doesn't have an account?
No. The recipient must have an active WafidFill account with a verified email address. They can install the extension for free and get 5 free points.
